Meet the Team

Kristen Tracy brings nearly two decades of experience in public entity insurance and program management. She began her career at IPMG in 2007 as an Underwriter for the Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust (ICRMT), a public entity insurance program. Over the years, Kristen has held key roles in IPMG’s Brokerage Unit, where she specialized in Excess & Surplus lines, binding underwriting, and program development across diverse sectors including student accident coverage, environmental liability, monoline property, and workers compensation.

Her leadership extended to managing a senior services book of business and spearheading underwriting strategies that align with client needs and regulatory standards. Kristen’s strategic vision and operational expertise led to her promotion as Vice President of Public Entity Underwriting, with a primary focus on the ICRMT program. She now serves as Senior Vice President of Programs, overseeing a broad portfolio of initiatives that support governmental and public sector clients.

Kristen holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Drake University. She is actively involved with the Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRIP), contributing to thought leadership and industry advancement.
