The Receptionist is responsible for answering and correctly routing all incoming calls to business units within IPMG. This requires a complete understanding of department identities and roles. The position is also responsible for sorting and distributing all mail as well as scanning and uploading various types of media and documents into claims. The receptionist role requires a strong understanding of department identities and roles with excellent verbal and communications skills.  The receptionist needs strong prioritization skills to prioritize multiple critical administration tasks, work productively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Case management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s health and/or disability needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.  The Nurse Case Manager handles a variety of types of case management that may include workers’ compensation, case management in the medical health plan administration setting, as well as health management, disease management, and absence management.

The P&C Property Adjuster II manages claims with exposures averaging more than $75,000. The candidate must be able to maintain 175 +/- claims inventory with a 100% closing ratio, including timely diary and timely management of correspondence. Duties include phone, mail and email correspondence with insureds, claimants, vendors, attorneys and agents in order to evaluate damages and settle claims. The candidate must be based out of Illinois, but is able to work remotely.
