The Claims Analyst is a claims professional with thorough knowledge of medical claims processing and an analytical mindset. This role is an active member of the EBS Claims Team and is responsible for the processing of medical/dental/vision/STD health benefit claims for self-funded group health plans. The analyst is entrusted to provide the highest level of client and customer service while maintaining timely claim/benefit related correspondence via phone, letter, and secure email. This role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment of group health and benefit administration.
The P&C Adjuster III is responsible for adjusting automobile liability, general liability, police professional liability, educator’s legal liability and public official’s liability. Strong litigation management skills are critical. This includes the monitoring of defense counsel’s compliance to our best practice litigation handling guidelines specific to our required reporting cycles and budget compliance.
As a Risk Management Support Specialist, you will have responsibility for supporting the Risk Management Services (RMS) field activities and department information management needs with roughly 80% of job duties in St Charles and 20% on Tier 2 & 3 RMS clients. The role will be responsible for managing contracts and billing per IPMG accounting practices, as well as overseeing active member mailings on risk bulletins, scheduling client regional training, record keeping and reporting, data analysis, and training clients on online systems
The Senior Benefits Service Leader is a lead client advocate and subject matter expert for IPMG’s Employee Benefits Services (EBS) division. This role will oversee the successful implementation, servicing and ongoing relationship management for EBS clients. The Service Leader will understand all departments associated with EBS services including, but not limited to claims, eligibility, COBRA, flexible spending accounts, billing and registers, reinsurance, audit practices, plan documents, and amendment writing. This role will require expertise on health administration best practices, marketplace trends, compliance with federal and state regulations, and serve as a lead resource in these areas for EBS staff and clients.
The Senior P&C Adjuster is responsible for adjusting larger nursing home liability, automobile liability, general liability, police professional liability, educator’s legal liability and public official’s liability with an emphasis long-term healthcare sector claims. Strong litigation management skills are critical. This includes the monitoring of defense counsel’s compliance to our best practice litigation handling guidelines specific to our required reporting cycles and budget compliance.
