We are looking for a dynamic hands-on leader bringing with them five years of Senior level P&C experience and at least one year of leadership experience. This role will support our P&C Manager and lead, train, nurture our team of P&C Adjusters to provide outstanding service to our valued clients. We are looking for a fully remote Registered Nurse for our Nurse Case Manager position. Position to begin November 1, 2023, to support a new client. Candidate will need 1+ years of case management experience, at least 2 years of clinical experience, Licensure or certification in a health or human services,  two years full-time equivalent of direct clinical care to the consumer who will handle a variety of case management including short term disability, workers’ compensation, and medical case management. This position will be a part of a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy for options and services to meet an individual’s health and/or disability needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.  The primary focus will be short term disability initially, but position may work in all product lines.

We are looking for a Benefits Specialist Admin for a dual role that works in the setting of medical health plan administration, workers’ compensation, absence/leave management, health management, to support of our case management team.   If you have some experience in Leave Benefits administration, strong computer, and data entry skills and a love of leave management this might be your role. You will also perform claims administration for all leave management to include continuous, intermittent, reduce and other required leave administration in compliance with federal/state regulations and client specific required leave requirements. The Benefits Admin will carry out short term disability and leave administration for specific leave types and non-complex disability diagnoses.

We are looking for an individual to participate in our 1-year college recruit interdepartmental training program where you will have training exposure to all key departments within our organization.
