We are seeking a skilled Workers’ Compensation Medical Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will efficiently manage medical-only claims, communicate with relevant parties, and coordinate subrogation efforts. Responsibilities include evaluating claims, calculating medical costs, providing status updates, and maintaining organized records. We’re looking for a bold, self-starter to help expand IPMG’s footprint across the East Coast. As a Business Development Rep, you’ll take the lead in growing our workers’ compensation business and cross-selling exciting IPMG products in dynamic markets such as NC, GA, SC, VA, FL, CT, TN, and PA. 

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Build relationships with independent insurance agents, helping them discover the full value of IPMG’s offerings.
  • Travel across your territory, representing IPMG at trade shows and on-site visits, all while making meaningful connections.
  • Drive growth by seeking out new business opportunities and collaborating with brokers, underwriters, and account managers to close deals and renew accounts.
