We’re looking for a driven, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirt to join our Senior Care Risk Management and Insurance Solutions team. This role offers significant potential for career advancement for the right candidate. We are seeking someone who is confident, articulate, and capable of simplifying complex concepts while building strong relationships. Key responsibilities include supporting independent brokers with sales efforts, setting and achieving ambitious goals, and traveling cross the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring experience in selling or underwriting property and casualty insurance, along with a strong belief in the value of risk management. This individual will work closely with independent insurance brokers—nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting IPMG’s services to senior care providers.

We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager. This is a full-time, exempt position. This role is a management position overseeing the Workers’ Compensation Claims Teams including Team Leaders and Adjusters to develop future leadership capabilities and quality claims outcomes. This role requires 5+ years management experience and strong technical expertise. This is a work from home hybrid position with 2-3 required weekly days in office based on performance production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the markets and use your discretion to help place our clients with the best carrier suited for their needs
  • Manage a book of workers compensation and admitted package business
  • Negotiate pricing and coverages with retail agents and insurance carriers
  • Rate various carrier websites to obtain quotes
  • Review policies and process policy changes
  • Maintain records in the insurance policy management system- currently we use AIM
