The Program Support Specialist is a support role for the underwriting team on the ICRMT Program Administration. ICRMT is a multi-line program insuring Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Public Officials Liability, Property, Cyber Liability and Auto Liability/Auto Physical Damage. This team manages 550+ accounts and over $150 million in annual premium with account sizes ranging from $10,000 to over $1,000,000. The position offers an introduction to public entity pooling, alternative risk and self-insurance and requires interaction with various reinsurers and excess carriers.

We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager. This is a full-time, exempt position. This role is a management position overseeing the Workers’ Compensation Claims Teams including Team Leaders and Adjusters to develop future leadership capabilities and quality claims outcomes.
